Tight 360 Tool and Machine

This business plan started ten years ago as an idea from a soldier that has seen many disabled soldiers leave the military with nothing to look forward to. Many soldiers feel the government falls short in assisting with helping them acclimate to life after the service. My partner and I are ready to put our plan in action to make a difference in the lives of disabled soldiers by providing them real life tools and training to make them fruitful employees in the manufacturing in...dustry. Every position in a machine tool company is a trainable position. We feel collectively that we have the knowledge and capability to make this idea successful. Tight 360 Tool & Machine LLC will become the vehicle for our Veterans Training Program, Tight 360. The profits from the sale of products will fund the Tight 360 program. We are currently in liaison with Veteran’s Affairs and Missouri Vocational Rehabilitation to attract our Tight 360 candidates. We will use aptitude testing for mechanical ability and problem solving to go along with the military service attributes that blend well with manufacturing trades. We will utilize materials that exist through the National Tooling and Machining Association and Veterans groups to build an apprenticeship like training program designed specifically for skill sets within our industry.
