There will be jump board. Forward, backward, seated. All.the.ways. No worries, everything can be modified as needed. Let’s create our own personal heat wave during this bitterly cold week friends!

This guy. The yin to my yang. The one who reassures me when I’m anxious, makes me laugh when I’m sad, gives the best hugs and makes me feel like a princess (maybe a queen, I’m getting a bit too old to be a princess I guess ). I can’t imagine doing life with anyone else. We aren’t big Valentine’s Day people but I can’t not give this human credit for everything he is to me and all the ways he has supported me through purchasing and growing a business. He is as much a part of Adaptable Pilates & Physical Therapy as I am.

The final stage of the construction was completed today! I’m so excited to be able to use both spaces as this tiny business continues to grow. I want to express my gratitude to those of you who have put up with the construction noise, wayward dust, and my occasional distraction because of all of the above. I wouldn’t be here without my awesome Adaptable family. Thank you! We did it!

Jump board is awesome: cardio, plyometrics, coordination, etc, etc. It’s a fun and challenging class this week (I mean, that’s every week right?!? ). Also- I was a teenager in the 90’s. If you were too you probably get this reference. Or if you were in my PT class.

Annnnnd here it is! The new studio studio space and (temporary) Reformer class space is ready for action starting tomorrow at 9a! The machines are 7’ apart in every direction for the purpose of social distancing. We will now have the capacity for 6 people in a class, reducing waitlists significantly. Thank you for bearing with me and the studio changes during these challenging times. . . My husband and I are exhausted and definitely earned a beer making this happen today. ... Hello Friends! I am back from my time off and looking forward to seeing everyone this week. I am excited to tell you that you will definitely get to "see" the evolution of the studio this week, though I will ask that you remain patient and not ask to walk through the new addition yet. I want to keep from tracking construction dust into Ste 102 and minimize disruptions to the construction crew. I am very excited for the changes to the studio and I think you guys are going... to be ecstatic when you see the new digs. In the meantime, please continue to enter through the original doorway at Ste 102 (the sign and decal have been moved) while the construction crew finishes up work in the new entryway. I cannot move the Reformers over to the new addition yet, so class size will remain at 4 for the time being. Hopefully it will be done this week! I will keep you posted. Thank you in advance for your patience as the crew finishes up!

Ended our time in KC with an amazing meal @rye_kc for brunch. I had fried chicken (which was amazing btw) at 10a and I’m not ashamed. It was a great meal, we definitely recommend if you’re in the KC area. . . I look forward to seeing my Adaptable peeps at the studio again starting Monday! It’s been a great break, but I’m ready to get back to it
