This is Craig Williams, one of Action Mailings Salesman doing his version of the 22 Kill push up challenge (see below). Today is day 3 and Craig did 12 push ups! Keep up the great work Craig! I have been challenged by a friend of mine who has seen the effects of PTSD first hand. 22 of our best and brightest take their lives each day. When the strongest among us make this choice we all need to consider as a country what we can do to bring this to the attention of our governme...nt. People need help and it's not being addressed fast enough. The challenge that I have accepted will not do much directly but we all have to start somewhere. Right now I probably can't do 3 or 4 push-ups so my challenge will to do as many push-up in a row at one time until I can do 22. The kicker is I have to do all of them in a public place and try every single day until I can do 22. Along with that I am trying to lose 22 lbs (which might take a little longer) before I call it Mission accomplished! I will post as many as I can along the way. Join me with a challenge of your own. I wonder if any mail sent from Action Mailing was delivered to someone who needed help? Through the Carrier Alert Program, Postal Service letter carriers help monitor the well-being of elderly and disabled customers. If carriers notice an accumulation of mail that might indicate an accident or illness, they notify emergency personnel. In addition, each year ...postal employees go beyond the call of duty, some even risking their own safety to save the lives of the customers they serve. In 2015, the Postal Service recognized 318 employee heroes for going above and beyond. See more
