Our Friday morning Deep Stretch class was a hit this morning. If you're in need of a deep relaxing stretch, come try it out next Friday at 9:15AM!

We are bringing back our Deep Stretch class. Regina will be in to teach this every Friday morning at 9:15AM! We ask that you bring your own mat during this time.

REMINDER: Please protect other members from exposure by wiping down & disinfecting weight machines and treadmills Before and After usage during non-staff hours! We have many disinfectant spray bottles and towels to use at different stations in the gym.

After 14+ years with us, Regina has decided to retire from Action Fitness. She has done so much for our fitness community and will be dearly missed. Help us wish her well on her new adventures in life!
