OMG!!!! These came out awesome!!! Beef ribs on the Pit Boss!!! Put a little apple wood smoke in the beginning. Mmmmmmm!!

I've been smoking beef ribs all day. Now its time for brats and burgers. I like starting the brats on the smoker then finishing them on the grill.

A few pork butts. I just love that smell!!

Happy birthday to our grill master and resident smoker, deep frier, shrimp boiler (and all the other forms of cooking). He's the best!
