Morning! As well all know, today is October 1st, aka billing day. If you call and no one answers, please leave a message. I will call you back soon as I can. However, if you're calling to make a payment (and I don't answer), leave a voicemail with the amount you wish to pay and the last four numbers of your cc. FYI: I emailed/mailed out "MONTHLY" statements yesterday. IF you pay per quarter, your statement was emailed/mailed on 6/1 and 7/1. If you have not received a statement, please call the office or go online to check your account balance. Below are the instructions on how to pay and view your account online... 1. Go to www.a1disposal.net... 2. Click pay online 3. Click find my account 4. Enter your account number (XXXX) and name as it appears on your statement (__________ ___________) that’s ALL you enter DO NOT enter your phone number or address... JUST account number and name! 5. Click find my account - which will be in a green box 6. Your address will pop up on the bottom in a light green box 7. Click next 8. Enter your email address and create a password 9. Once you're signed in, click the 3 lines in the top left corner... this is where you will pay your bill and set up auto-pay If you still have problems, let us know.
