As per the STAY AT HOME order from our Governor, we will be CLOSED starting Monday until the 24th or we are allowed to re open....all memberships will be frozen and start back where we are now at that time.....Stay home & stay safe......Thanks

after our week of sleepless nights taking care of two sick boys then me falling I'll as well, I was feeling very rundown and didnt have time to be run down as m...y oldest son had prom tonight, so I tried out the infrared sauna.
