Anybody know where David Carter is hanging out these days? Detective Warren Smith would like to sit down and visit with him about a forged $12,000 check that h...e passed at a local bank on New Years Eve. Detective Smith worked closely with the bank and was eventually able to develop Carter as a suspect. After learning that Carter was on parole in Arkansas, he reached out to his parole officers there and they confirmed it was him in the surveillance video from the bank. With that identification and some other evidence discovered during his investigation, Detective Smith was able to get a felony arrest warrant for forgery for Carter. Not so surprisingly, Carter has since stopped reporting to his parole officers like he's supposed to do, so they've now revoked his parole and are looking for him too.
