REMINDER ABOUT OUR FREE CLINIC! Here at 417, we are excited for our partnership with Swarm Basketball. We will be holding a free clinic on March 3rd for kids interested in joining a team with Swarm Basketball for the upcoming Spring and Summer seasons. This is a great opportunity for kids of all ages who are looking to improve on their skills and get in more time on the court! ... The free clinic will also be a time that parents can meet and greet the administration of Swarm and find out more information on try outs and cost.

**COACHES** Keep your eyes peeled on your email--game schedules for the last four weeks of league play will be posted on MONDAY! & we will be ending the league with a championship round the week of March 1st- stay tuned for more info!

**HEADS UP** Starting THIS Friday, Jan. 15th-- Drop-ins will end at 8:00pm EVERY Friday until further notice. 417 Athletics is either running a tournament or a host site for a tournament every weekend until the end of April (yay!)-- that extra hour will give my employees more time to clean up/set up and get ready to roll for the weekend!... I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we appreciate your understanding. Drop-ins are still available every day from 11am-4pm and first come first serve until 9pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays for $1!

**FACILITY UPDATE** I know you all are super excited and patiently waiting to get your teams registered- so I wanted to give you all a quick update. The good news is that the moisture in our concrete is decreasing!! -- however, one side isn't quite where it needs to be yet.... At 417 Athletics, our first value is integrity. I would not be operating with integrity if I wasn't being 100% transparent with you-- at this time I am unable to give you a solid opening date. Our team is staying positive and working hard to get prepared to hit the ground running as soon as we're given the green light. Sometimes although you think you've planned things perfectly, the good Lord has something else in mind. Powerhouse Athletes You may have seen our slogan "Building Powerhouse Athletes On and Off the Court," but what does that mean? The term powerhouse athlete is the very foundation we have built our facility's core values, mission and vision around. Really, it is who we are as a company and a family. We hope that when you visit our facility you'll adopt our powerhouse mentality, even if you aren't an athlete.

Who doesn’t love colors? Check out this sneak peek! Not only do we want to develop powerhouse athletes and give back, we hope to empower every child in our community, no matter their talents. The Mt. Vernon High School Art Club graciously offered their time to paint murals at our facility today. We had a blast getting to know everyone and seeing their talent! Thank you Mount Vernon R-V Schools
