Its our 6th Birthday! So much to be thankful for during a year of Big changes! Im thankful my little shop survived COVID-19 with clients who never wavered. Im Extremely thankful Lauren Adams found a new home at 3 Faces. She single-handidly reshaped the salon making it a Joy to come to work! For the time being, I will not be able to get extra family members in while doing your service. I wasnt sure how to approach this... but the calls are increasing to "squeeze in", while others have had to wait to get in. 3 Faces has a new stylist (YAY to Lauren Adams), which also means we need to keep an eye on how many people are in our shop at once. Im thankful my clients are returning in good health and in high spirits Its a little (Lot) overwhelming, but Im asking you to please be patient with me!

This post comes with tears of uncertainty and sadness. Following the city ordinance, 3 Faces Hair Studio is closed. For all of you running a small business, my heart is with you, Im sure you're as afraid as I am. To my clients, you Know I will do my best to stay in business to be able to serve you on the other side of this. You are whats given 3 Faces its heartbeat and I love all of you

Being the sole stylist, receptionist, bill payer, and owner isn't easy. Some days Im not sure how I'll make it next month. No one in this business 'competes'. We do this because we love making our clients feel beautiful, and they (in turn) let others know of our work. The "competition" is doing better than yesterday. Im grateful for those who keep this little shop afloat.

I remember feeling scared unlocking the door that now donned my very own logo that first morning 5 years ago. It is not lost on me that I could not have done this without the belief in my abilities from my folks, family, friends and clients. Happy 5th Year!

4 years ago today I opened a small hair studio with a funny name. Shes a 'toddler' now with the usual highs and (few) lows that come with growth. This experience has helped give my life meaning and the gratitude I have for all you folks who walk through my door month after month, year after year.. I Love You I Thank You

Im incredibly lucky I get to do what I do! While some days are harder than others, I feel accomplished when I close shop. I never take it lightly that I have the opportunity to change even One persons day!

This week I was lucky to be able to do total make-overs on 3 terrific clients! Knowing their personalities, families, quirks, etc. for years, I was Thrilled to see the "new person" who was now looking back at herself in the mirror. Im blessed to do what I do. Tough week.. felt not so great about myself (look up Idiot, you'll see me), but Im reminded that Transformed people transform people.
