U.S. Army Sgt. Doug Bowyer, takes a moment to pet a puppy that a group of Iraqi children brought to show him in Al Rashid, Baghdad, Dec. 27, 2007. Bowyer is assigned to the 318th Tactical Psychological Operations Company.

On May 2, 1951, the First Psycholgical Warfare Officers Course began at the Army General School, at Fort Riley, Kan.; six months later, the first NCO Course graduated.

They have arrived! The MOI is working its way down to the lowest levels as we type up this post. There are 8 international locations this year in support of the many linguists in USACAPOC(A). These immersion experiences are an opportunity of a lifetime and the quintessential training experience for Linguists.
