The key to this change is leadership. Leadership is essential to our transformation. Although we don’t know the future and where we will be, we know we need to remain resilient and agile. We are part of the greatest Army in history and will continue to do our part by growing our readiness and unique capacities. It is a great time to be a Soldier, specifically a civil affairs, psychological operations or information operations Soldier. Thank you for your commitment to our Army and our Nation.
