RTP Groupie Runs

Come a little early to Sunday’s 7am Group Run and learn about LactiGo gel, a new product that is designed to reduce lactic acid buildup when you run! The course will have water stations set up every couple of miles and you can go as far and as fast as you want! Only eight weeks to go until Rock the Parkway!
