Please consider becoming a member of the Wentzville Historical Society. Your membership helps to keep the newsletter coming, pay for the upkeep of the caboose, and help buy supplies in the archives. Paying your dues by mail will help maintain social distancing at our meetings. Wow, what an incredible weekend! We had great weather and a great turnout for the Home Tour and Lights Parade. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You to everyone that came out, and to everyone that helped. We couldn't have done it without all of your hard work and dedication! The homes were gorgeous, the carolers sounded great (even sang in German!), music was rocking, fires were glowing, and we saw some great friends, and heard great things at the brewery afterwards. Our float even won first place in the parade! On Wednesday the Downtown Business Association will present the award at the Board of Alderman meeting. This year has been horrible, but we'll take whatever good tidings come our way! Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, & Happy New Year!

Holiday Home Tour!

Don’t forget, Join the Wentzville Community Historical Society on Saturday, December 5th for their second annual Holiday Home Tour. The tour starts at the historic Green Lantern Senior Center, and from there you'll be able to enter several decorated homes along Linn Avenue. Afterwards, you are invited to meet up for refreshments at Friendship Brewery Company, where you will be given a free glass and a drink, and be eligible for a lovely gift basket.
