A good inspector will identify items to keep an eye on, items that would benefit from an improvement, safety issues and major concerns if any that need to be addressed. They will also explain their findings in an easy to understand way and possibly offer a solution if it’s in their scope or practice. Although what makes a good inspector great is a sense of humor
