We know Halloween is going to feel a little different this year, so in an effort to deliver a season that gives people a reason to celebrate, our parent company, MARS, has partnered to create TREAT TOWN - a first-ever digital Halloween trick-or-treating experience - with our friends at MARS WRIGLEY. As you know Mars is also known for treats like M&M’S, SNICKERS, TWIX and SKITTLES. Through this immersive digital experience, users can collect virtual candy, connect with f...riends and family across the country, and visit US attractions all from the comfort of their own home. And best of all, the virtual candy credits can be redeemed for REAL candy! With Mars Wrigley, TREAT TOWN was created with families and communities in mind to help ease uncertainties and help to make this Halloween one to remember. With the ability to exchange candy with friends and family all month long -no matter where in the US they live- it’s a great complement to in-person trick-or-treating. If you are planning to trick-or-treat in person this year, check out these safety tips created by Mars Wrigley and the National Safety Council. We hope you and your families will take part in this first-of-its-kind Halloween experience, downloading TREAT TOWN on your iOS or Android device from the App Store this October, or by visiting treat-town.com.

Dr. Segovia c...onsiders herself a cat lover and has a very special bond with Sophie, the family’s beloved Persian cat. We know you’re so excited to go on some autumn nature walks with your dog, but for this #FallSafetyTip, make sure you watch out for snakes, some of which can be venomous! They’re preparing for hibernation and may be a little crankier if disturbed by a curious pet! When walking or hiking, if something happens to your pet, be sure to contact your veterinarian as soon as possible. #VCApets
Today is Global Cat Day, a special occasion devoted to unowned, free-roaming community cats. These cats often get a bad rap but it’s important to understand that these cats aren’t so different from our beloved pets. As a matter of fact, many are living on the streets as a result of being abandoned by their families. We've included some tips to help manage and care for the community cats in your neighborhood. Helping these cats starts by being a responsible guardian! Spay/n...euter your own cat and keep them indoors. * In just seven years, a single pair of cats and their offspring could produce a staggering total of 420,000 kittens! #VCApets
It’s International Cat Day and we’re not kitten’ around when we say it’s time to celebrate! Make your cat’s day special with some extra treats, face rubs and cuddles #VCApets #VCAParkcrest

Remember to wash your hands often for at least 20 seconds! That 20 second contact time allows for emulsification of bacteria that could be hiding on your skin. Remember to clean under and around your nails too. Bumper uses his tongue to wash his hands....we don't recommend that.
