For National Women's Health and Fitness Day we want the women in our community to have the support they need. Our fitness amenities are now open 24/7 (minus disinfecting time) with a yoga area, racquetball court, free weights and aerobic area! The gym will be closed for 1 hour, twice daily, for sanitation. The time of closing will be approximately 8-9 am and 4-5 pm. Saturdays and Sundays we will close the gym for 1 hour once a day at approximately 10 am. Please continue to maintain Social Distancing when possible and masks are still required.
