The Antebellum LLC

As some of you may have heard. Katherine was seriously hurt in a Chemistry lab explosion at her school. She has had several surgeries and has more on the way. It looks to be a long recovery for her. She wants to get back to her kids and also hopes to be able to cook you all some fine foods this summer. If she is unable, I will do my best to get some help to meet our obligations to serve at your events. Please keep Katherine in your thoughts and prayers. We have been doing some experimenting in our kitchen. We made some apple butter and canned some apple pie filling (yes the very same recipe as our famous pies). This is just for our own use at the moment as we are not licensed as a canning facility. We also need to perfect the process of pie filling so you can enjoy an Antebellum pie any time of year without needing to track us down. We are in the process of locating a canning facility that will let us run a batch or two for resale. If we have no luck in that, I may try to establish our own....i just hate start up costs and mountains of paperwork. So....wish us luck. Not to rub it in, but the apple butter is to die for!

For those of you nearby, we are taking orders for PIE this holiday season. With all the hustle and bustle of family and friends stopping by and shopping for deals, life can get hectic. Don't settle for some grocery store pie. Order a GREAT home style pie that would make your grandma proud!
