This is the town of Gangi, Sicily also known as the home of The Mafia. I stayed at the well known Gangivecchio Estate while in Gangi and also attended the Palm Sunday parade. Sicily is a wonderful place to photograph and I hope to go back someday. I had some of the best food I’ve ever eaten, the countryside is beyond beautiful and stopping for sheep to cross the road is a common occurrence. The baby pig photo has always been a favorite...otherwise known as the real life Babe. This was taken at a friend’s farm in Spanish Lake, Missouri...which is a suburb of St. Louis. I always love heading out to @kuhsestateandfarm to photograph. It’s a hundred acre farm that overlooks the Missouri River...such a beautiful place!
