Each year, HBA members review hundreds of bills filed by members of the General Assembly in Jefferson City. These bills affect all facets of residential home building. On Jan. 22, the City of St. Louis Board of Aldermen passed Board Bills 162, 163, and 181, which mandate EV Readiness in the City of St. Louis for new single-family, multi-family, and commercial construction projects, and for Level 3 renovations to existing homes and buildings.
