Another update about our office located on the campus of SSM Health DePaul Hospital - St. Louis. The office is open but we are still not able to see patients in-person due to the water damage caused by a routine sprinkler check on Tuesday, October 27 that caused a significant flooding event. We are still changing all appointments back to MyChart Video Visits to allow them to occur. The landlord and construction team are working around the clock to get the East Medical Office ...building back up and running as quickly as possible. We are hoping to be back in the office by Wednesday, November 18th! Please note...we do NOT have access to live phones. All of our staff are all working from multiple satellite locations and checking phone lines and returning your calls as quickly as we can. Thanks for allowing us to continue to serve you and watch for more updates early next week.
