I have a client who is looking for a fixer-upper on acreage in Douglas or Ozark counties. They would prefer in the Rockbridge, Brixey, Drury, Gentryville areas, but there's some flexibility there. They require live water on the property- springs, spring-fed creek, or spring-fed pond. Absolute minimum of 10 acres. They might consider land only.
