Marketing Coordinator (Non-Exempt) Basic Function: Under general supervision, the Marketing Coordinator in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of various marketing initiatives.... Experience/Education: Must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other related field and minimum 1-2 years of experience; with commercial real estate industry experience preferred. Specific Skills Required: Strong proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator); proficiency in Ceros platform; ability to work in a team environment; strong graphic, writing and oral communication skills; ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines; ability to work independently as well as with key internal and external constituents; strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; motivated self-starter with ability to problem solve. Essential Job Functions: Develop familiarity with clients and programs. Participate in team meetings, understand team’s objectives and anticipate needs. Work with the team to create marketing solutions. Coordinate marketing team’s calendars and meetings. Plan and attend special events when necessary for marketing and business development purposes. Keep Senior Marketing Manager apprised of new technology and process recommendations that improve efficiency. Assist with developing marketing collateral (Ceros presentations, brochures, direct mail and email releases, newsletters, etc.). Coordinates the execution of proposal materials, including but not limited to organizing, collating, binding, etc. Work with brokers to develop client-oriented interpretations and graphics of market trends and other sales aids as needed. Maintain informational marketing databases (H:\Marketing Material, RFP library, etc.) Produce informational fact sheets, marketing packages, etc. Provide company information and resources upon request. Create marketing files and compliance documentation. Keep research reports and other marketing collateral supplies current and stocked. The markets that have seen the strongest rebound in office-using employment during the pandemic are well positioned to lead the recovery of demand for space.

Multifamily investment sales volume has risen, with quarter-over-quarter transaction volume in the third quarter of this year growing by the highest percentage in nearly a decade.

In a recent study done by CommercialCafe, they found that 40% of respondents are actively looking to lease office space, and that location and rental rate which were major factors for tenants prior to the pandemic are still the most important characteristics for office space.
