I want to congratulate to our Missouri Leadership Academy graduates! Yesterday's ceremony was a great celebration of our team members' hard work and a meaningfu...l finale to what was mostly a virtual program for the 5th class. The Missouri Leadership Academy is the state's first cross-department leadership development program. We select public servants from all 16 departments and put them through intensive leadership skills training. At the end of the program, team members are split into teams and asked to propose solutions for cross-department issues to make the state of Missouri more efficient and effective. It is inspiring to learn about their creative solutions to make state government better. #WeServeMo | #MOLeadershipAcademy
