We celebrated Christie Kucsik our Communications Center Manager today. Christie has served for 20 years in a variety of roles and always with a focused dedication to our mission. Her team celebrated her with lunch and some gifts to recognize the milestone. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Christy Kucsik, Bruce Naugle and Luke Walker on their graduation from the Leader Formation Course. A graduation ceremony was held this morning at the Convent in Springfield.

Our Christmas Elves are on the move again this morning! Today our Communication Centers got their adopted family gifts together and will include a city utilities gift certificate from the funds the team collected.

We may be partial, but we have the best EMTs and Paramedics in the world working for Mercy EMS. The only thing better than having them, is when our patients recognize it! A special patient brought a wonderful note to recognize two of our providers, Michael Sly and Larry Beshears. Great job taking care of people, you two!
