Marshfield Soccer Club

Parent meeting this coming Tuesday for everyone that wants to play Marshfield middle school soccer! Marshfield High School soccer field, at 6 pm. We will not be having practice yet, but wanted to share/collect information and introduce new coaches. See you soon!

Online registration is now available if your child wants to play on the Marshfield soccer team! Reduced fees are available if your child receives a free or reduced lunch at school. If you haven’t signed up before, it’s helpful to have a copy of your child’s birth certificate and insurance on hand. Please let us know if you have questions!

Please let me know what kind of interest there is to keep up the Jr. High soccer team in Marshfield. We would need to have some new parent coach volunteers, as well as a minimum of 11 kids between 6-8th grade.

For those MSC players going into high school, this is the summer practice schedule through the high school from Coach Searson. Coach Searson said, "EDGE is a workout for all high school athletes (run by various coaches). It includes some weight training, agility, speed, and other things to help them be bigger, faster, and stronger athletes. Open fields are just open play (11 v 11 if numbers allow or 7 v 7, just depends on the numbers)... Training on Wednesday's in July will basically be like our normal practices. We will work on skills and our system of play in those sessions. I will have a meeting sometime in May at the JH for kids interested in playing."
