We are officially on baby watch here at the clinic! Please join us in celebrating this beautiful mama as she gets ready to welcome their baby boy! She will be very missed while she is away but we could not be more excited for her new addition to arrive! I think it’s safe to say mother nature has lost her sense of humor! The clinic will be open until noon today. We will be closing early to allow staff to get home safely. Travel is hazardous so please be safe everyone! We will be open tomorrow at 8 AM

In an effort to get staff home safe before dark, we will be closing at 4pm today Monday February 8th. We will open at 8am tomorrow.

As we celebrate the holidays, we want remind you of our adjusted hours this week and next. We are open until NOON on Christmas Eve, closed Christmas Day and also closed Saturday December 26th. Next week, we will be open until 3pm New Years Eve , closed New Years Day, and open normal hours 9am-12pm Saturday January 2nd. From our family to yours-Happy Holidays!

4th of July is quickly approaching! While we enjoy this holiday, lots of our pets do not. If you are needing any medications for firework anxiety please call today!! Our office will be open 8-5 on Friday, but closed Saturday the 4th.

Happy sunny Saturday afternoon! Isn’t it so wonderful to get outside on beautiful days like today? Unfortunately fleas and ticks enjoy getting out as well! They are definitely not practicing social distancing. How about a little tick trivia? Did you know the two most frequently encountered ticks in Missouri are the lone star tick, Amblyomma americanum and the American dog tick, Dermacentor variabilis . Another species, the brown dog tick, Rhipicephalus sanguineus may al...so be common on domestic dogs. The brown dog tick only feeds on dogs, but may be brought into homes with dogs and become an indoor pest. Many other species of ticks can be found in Missouri, but they come into contact with people less frequently. These ticks are responsible for transmitting infections such as Rocky Mountain spotted fever and Ehrlichiosis to our pets. This is why it is extremely important to make sure they are getting preventative regularly year round!
