To comply with the COVID-19 action plan, this office will be open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments may be made for the hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Customers with a scheduled appointment should arrive at the office five (5) minutes before their scheduled time. You are to remain in your vehicle until one of our staff calls you. The previous customer will exit the building and our staff will sanitize the workstation to p...repare for your visit. Please remember that the staff will call you when they are ready to serve you, and at that time you will enter the building for your appointment. You may bring no one with you at the time of your appointment due to the 10 person capacity limit that has been imposed. Customers who are not at the location when they are called to enter the building forfeit their appointment. Once inside, you will be served by a member of our staff who will be located behind a solid, plexiglass partition, providing protection for both our customer and clerks. Paperwork and payment will be exchanged through a small slot at the bottom of the partition, and social distancing of at least six feet will be maintained in all open areas of the office. As additional precaution, our staff will wear gloves to handle paperwork and payment. We encourage our customers to adhere to CDC recommendations by wearing their own personal protective equipment (PPE) whenever visiting a public facility. Elle Management is committed to providing essential services to our community while maintaining a safe and efficient method of delivering them. We appreciate your patience as we refine this new way of serving our customers. While we recognize the limitations of having a 10-person maximum capacity, it is our sincere hope that during this health emergency, providing this option will offer some relief for the citizens we serve. Our office will open at 12:00pm tomorrow March 23rd 2020. This is to make changes to our work area to better accommodate the CDC's social distancing recommendations.
