Congratulations to JH Scholar Bowl for their 2nd place finish in the Show-Me Conference Tournament! Qwentin Kallenbach and Gage Richardson were 2nd Team All-Conference selections. Great job!

The Eugene Golf Team participated in the Russellville Invitational at Redfield Golf Course. They tied for 5th place as a team. Caden Anderson placed 12th with a score of 87. Tyler Renn placed 13th with a score of 89. Congrats to all our golfers!

Basketball Senior Spotlight: Kaydi Alderman Kaydi is the daughter of Steve and Dana Alderman. She is a four-year member of the Lady Eagles Softball team, where she earned Academic All-State Honors for two years, plus 2nd Team All-Conference, and 1st Team and 2nd Team All-District. She is a four-year member of the Lady Eagles Basketball team, where she has earned Show-Me Conference 1st Team Honors, All-District Team Honors and Central Missouri Media All-District Team Honors.... She is a two-year member of the Eugene Track team, earning All Conference Honors in long jump, triple jump, and 100-meter dash. She received Show-Me Conference Champion Honors in the 4x200m relay and All-District Honors in 100-meter dash, 4x200m relay, and long jump. She is a four-year member of Eugene Student Council, four-year member of Eugene FFA organization, four-year member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and three-year member of the National Honor Society. Kaydi has volunteered for the Missouri Honor Flight and Toys for Tots. Kaydi attends Spring Valley Baptist Church in Henley. She is currently employed with Redfield Golf Course. After graduation, Kaydi plans to attend college to play collegiate basketball and study Sports Administration. See more

We were FINALLY able to recognize our volleyball and softball teams at our Fall Sports Banquet this afternoon. Congrats to both programs on a great season!

Spring sports practices for baseball, JH and HS track, and boys golf in grades 7-12 start on Monday, March 1. JH volleyball starts tomorrow, 2/22. ALL athletes MUST have a current physical on file or the student will not be allowed to practice. Senior Spotlight: Sasha Angerer is the daughter of Dan Angerer and Erin Bell. She is a four-year member of the Lady Eagles Volleyball team. Sasha is a five-year member of the Eugene FFA organization. She is a three-year member of the Eugene Student Council. After graduation, Sasha plans to attend Ozark Technical College in the Nursing program, and then transfer to Missouri State University.

Due to the recent increase in quarantines at our conference schools, the superintendents have voted that in the best interest of keeping everyone safe, the JH Basketball Tournament is cancelled for this season. Congratulations on a great year!! JH banquet information will be released very soon.

Senior Spotlight: Kaylynn Crabtree is the daughter of Tom and Natasha Faulkner. She is a four-year member of the Lady Eagles Volleyball team. She has received All-Conference Honorable Mention Honors her sophomore year. She is a four-year member of the Eugene FFA organization, where she was a junior officer. Kaylynn is a four-year member of the Eugene Student Council. She is a one-year member of the Future Business Leaders of America. She is a one-year member of the Lady Eagles Basketball team. After graduation, Kaylynn plans to attend a Pre-Med program at University of Missouri-Kansas City to become an Orthopedic Surgeon.

She is a one-year member of the Eugene Student Hospitality Club. After graduation, Hannah plans to attend Ozark Technical College for two years, and then transfer to Missouri State University to become a Speech Pathologist.
