Happy New Year's Eve, Everyone! Last year at this time, it's doubtful any of us could have imagined the challenges that 2020 would bring. We've been confronted with creating and adapting to new ways of working and living our lives amid stressors that we have never experienced before. * Our hearts go out to all those who have suffered and experienced loss this year. It seemed like every week brought a batch of new tragedies and loss of life as the pandemic wreaked havoc on li...ves and businesses across the country. * However, this global pandemic has also helped us all appreciate how many things we can be grateful for, even amid the difficulties around us. We were grateful for the ability to stay open, to provide for our employees and their families, and to service our community. We do not take this for granted, as so many other businesses did not have the same luxury. We are grateful that our staff has been able to work continually throughout this year. This would not have been possible if it weren't for our loyal customers. We appreciate all of you who supported our small business this year by ordering online or while keeping our shop staff members safe by following the COVID safety protocols we have implemented. * As a team, we have never worked harder, never worked more hours, and never dealt with more adversity both physically and mentally than at any point in my company's 18 year history. The December holiday season proved to be extremely difficult, as we experienced an unprecedented volume of online orders, and I could not be more proud of my staff.
