We are still here for you!! At this time, we are still continuing to see all currently scheduled, routine chronic care follow-up appointments, new sick visits and non-urgent appointments. Even at a time of home sheltering, routine healthcare should not be deferred or neglected. You can feel comfortable coming into the clinic as we have taken extensive steps to isolate patients who we suspect to be infected or exposed to COVID-19/Coronavirus.... Wondering how our telemedicine appointments work? A nurse will contact you at the time of the visit by phone. The nurse will take your history and work through various questions related to any health issues you are experiencing. You will be asked to use any smart phone or computer with a webcam. Once you click the link of your provider, you will be placed in a waiting room. Once your provider is ready, they will enter the room and you will be able to communicate by voice ...and video chat. CHANGE IN SCHEDULE This week, our clinic will be closing at 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Saturday, normal hours (8a-1p) will return.

With flu season rapidly approaching, it is extra important to know the signs and symptoms of COVID-19. This quick, helpful guide will educate you so you are informed and prepared.

If you are concerned, or suspect you may have COVID-19, please call our office, 816-842-4440, for direction. If you are experiencing urgent symptoms or are in distress, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department immediately.

For the safety of all those in our building, we are continuing to screen patients prior to entering our facility. If you or a loved one have symptoms and meet at least one of the criteria above, several things will happen: -We will ask you and anyone accompanying you to wear a mask before entering our clinics or facilities.... -For your comfort, and for the safety of other patients, you will be moved to a private room or placed in isolation. -We will immediately notify local and state health agencies, who will provide further guidance to confirm or rule out COVID-19.
