We are in need of licensed bartenders to tend bar at the soon-to-be-opened "Brew Pub 13" at Central Missouri Speedway. This is going to be a "sports bar" type of establishment offering beer (eventually microbrewery beer) and well drinks. We are also searching for a "lead" bartender/keep. If this is you, please apply. Our expected open date is April.

We are in search of a short-order cook to lead the cook staff at the soon-to-be-opened Brew Pub 13 at Central Missouri Speedway. This applicant must be capable of specializing in nice bar type food and a "sports bar" type menu. Items on the menu will be nicer and better quality than just your general bar-type food. We have officially signed with NASCAR for the 2021 season. We hope to see you at this Saturday's registration event at the CMS party barn (soon to be Brew Pub 13), on the front side of the speedway. Driver registration takes place from 10 a.m. to Noon. Hope to see you this weekend. We'll have additional registration and paperwork for the season available as well, including POWRi information for Super (Street) Stocks. Dean and the guys at Gator Graphics have been busy getting the sign up at the track. We have some great advertising opportunities coming up for the new season with the addition of our large score board and sign. Options include sections of 3 feet tall by 6 feet long, or go big with a 9 foot tall by 6 foot long advertisement! Sign has back-lighting.... We will work with you on other advertisement as well, to include through our vast social media presence, our Website, and the weekly printed drivers roster! In the coming weeks, we will release detailed information regarding position openings for our planned April opening of the CMS bar and restaurant. Work continues at the location in preparation for the new race season. We will need qualified short-order cooks, wait staff, and licensed bartenders! From Earl Walls, January 12, 2021........ Reminder, this WOULD NOT change rules! NASCAR is a sanctioning body, not a rules body! I had a long discussion today with Pete Howey from Lakeside Speedway. He and I discussed his recent decision to go with NASCAR as a sanctioning body at the track. We have a long working relationship with Pete and Lakeside Speedway, and we've enjoyed working together on past endeavors and events and will continue this in the future.... Based on our meeting today, Susan and I are seriously considering also going with NASCAR for the coming season at CMS. We discussed potential benefits for drivers, opportunities for the tracks regarding business partners, and advertising and marketing possibilities. In the past I've been asked about going NASCAR before, but I always decided against it. One thing we would do if we were to go with NASCAR is to waive our own track registration fee for any classes sanctioned with NASCAR because drivers will need to purchase a NASCAR license. There is potential with two tracks making this decision together for drivers to benefit from competition on Friday and Saturday and for being the only two tracks in the greater Kansas City area to be NASCAR sanctioned could there be a champion emerge from our general area? I want to remind everyone, I have not signed anything, nor have I made a final decision regarding this proposal, nor have I met with anyone from NASCAR. DRIVERS, what do you think about this? Some additional recent work on the sign!

Our new scoring and advertising board is now up thanks to the guys at Gator Graphics! Work will continue during the off season on the new message center and scoreboard featuring the latest in LED technology. The plan also calls for the message center to display a live feed from Westhold Timing and Scoring. The board’s dimensions are 10 x 20. The large display will open several advertisement avenues for the track and further elevate the track’s already highly respected pro...file. Dean Wille and Gator Graphics along with CMS staff, and program writers at Vantage LED USA are currently planning for the installation to be successful. Thank you Dean! We also wish to thank Eickleberry Concrete and a Construction for pouring the new pad for the new scoring hut on the infield! Thank you Chad! We look forward to seeing the new enclosed scoring hut being built by Bryant Moyer!
