Feed The Frontline was launched in March to connect the community with Frontline workers throughout KC. The intention was to allow our customers to show support to our healthcare and first responder community during the initial uncertainty of how the pandemic was going to stress our Frontline capacity. We had the privilege of feeding over 4000 workers in KC in a few short weeks. As we watch our healthcare systems enter the situation that was feared in the beginning, we rea...lize that the need to support our Frontline workers is as necessary as it has ever been. Healthcare workers are getting sick or on quarantine. Families are unable to be with loved ones in hospitals and care facilities, adding to the already heavy responsibilities of our healthcare teams. Hospital beds are full and care facilities are in no better shape. Because of these reasons, and because you all as our customers have asked for us to facilitate your support to our Frontline workers, we are re-opening our Feed the Frontline program. We are feeling the fall season heading our way and are rolling out all of the fall flavors. The French apple tart is filled with almond frangipane and decorated with marinated spiced apples. We are open 8-4 today and Sunday!

There will be downtown, south, east and north pickup spots available and we have extended hours on several afternoons to accommodate after-work pickups. Meal Kits are a wrap! Our meal kit ordering has closed as our retail locations are both open. We are considering ways to offer take and bake options going forward, so stay tuned for additional information. Thank you for allowing us to serve so many of you in your homes during these recent months. We were able to prepare and deliver thousands of meals and in turn, were able to support our Feed the Frontlines program - it was a win-win for all of us. We are truly grateful to each of you for supporting us in whatever form our business is operating. Both River Market and 10Main locations are open for service and online orders are still available for those not ready to visit the stores.
