Just finished installing this 3 ton for an elderly couple whose machine took a crash on them last night. She sounds great and runs cool .

This is what letting a dog pee on a unit looks like. Same corner, day after day, resulting in having to replace the unit with the picture of the new one. They also tend to chew on the wires. Always fence off your outside unit to protect it from dogs & grass shreds.

Just finished up a new HVAC install. 3.5 ton A/C 14 Seer unit & a 90% super efficiency furnace. You can also see the cracked heat exchanger was bad.
