Dear Clients, As many of you are reading and hearing, the Core4 and Kansas City mayor have announced a mandatory stay at home order coming on Tuesday, https://www.documentcloud.org//6816624-Kansas-City-Stay-at As part of the banking industry, title companies are being considered essential business so we will still be open for business.... In addition to all the current procedures that we have in place to protect not only our clients but also our staff, we will be ratcheting up things a bit so we ask for your help and support in these trying times. All doors will remained locked during business hours and only those with appointments will be allowed in. Only Signers will be allowed in, no extra parties we ask that you please help set this expectation with your clients as well. Earnest Money can be dropped in mail slots or drop boxes, or by appointment only. We will continue to disinfect every surface area after each appointment and also to maintain proper six foot spacing between all parties, and still strictly prohibit any physical contact. Closings will be conducted at a safe proximity, if not from another room, or even allow for car side closings. We understand that this may reduce our capacity for closings so ask for your understanding in scheduling. Thank you! We will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments as needed.

To our dear, valued Clients, Like you, we're monitoring the latest news about the coronavirus. With that said, we are taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to our teammates, our clients and our communities, including additional cleaning procedures in our office following each signing, as well as prohibiting any physical contact including handshakes. In addition to changing some procedures as to the use of disinfectants after each closing, we are looking to try to m...inimize the social contact of our employees and also our clients. So, with that said, as much as possible, we are asking that you do not attend closings. Feel free to call or facetime if you wish! We are also asking that only the signers come to closings and no additional parties or children. Earnest Money can also be put an envelope with buyer, sellers, agent, and property address information and dropped in our mail slot rather than coming inside too. Thank you in advance for your understanding as we all navigate thru this!

To our valued Clients During this time our top concern is the health and safety of not only our employees but our clients as well. We have taken the necessary steps to provide additional precautions at all of our offices that will include: *Greeting you and your clients with a smile and a wave over a handshake.... *Providing easy access to hand sanitizer to anyone who would like to use it *Wiping down all tables and chairs with disinfectant wipes after a signing is completed. *We will have an ample supply of pens and encouraging the signor to take their pen once signing is completed.
