Friends help me wish my friend Mandy a happy birthday! Which is today! She however is a Goddess and did all of her birthday burpees Friday on her own. I wasn't even there to nag her, she did them because she can. And a shout out to my other friend Kate who supported her and did them with her! Today friends, something very special happened at 9ROUND. My friend and member who I consider family came in to workout five days after giving birth to this little. Yes she was cleared by her doctor, yes we Modified, and yes if she didnt get out of her house she was going to lose it! I present Jack Wyatt. Just five days old and completely stole my heart!!! he is perfect and because he has heard me yell while in moms belly for 9 months, my obnoxious loudness didn't bother him at all Jami you are an amazing woman! I'm beyond proud of you! You got up when you felt good and asked what can I do for me to make me feel better. I admire you. 5 years ago today I opened my welcome package from the CEO of 9ROUND. Never in a million years did I think I would get to meet and help so many people.
